If the voltage for the coil is the only difference, this must not
necessarily be a problem. The datasheet of the 'NAIS DS1E-M-DC12V' lists the
same type of relay (identical pinout and function) with coil voltages of
1.5V, 3V, 5V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 24V and 48V.

This could be an opportunity for me, to learn a little bit more about the
inside view of my new Mk-V Field. The only thing I'm missing is a READABLE
schematic, e.g. a pdf-document with good resolution.
