Hi Mike
Yes, I've removed the back shell locking screw. From your description
it seems the bakelite inner is a press fit inside the metal sleeve.
Does it come out forwards (toward the BC-230) or backwards, and what
about the press-in keys? The rearmost one looks like it won't depress
far enough.
