[Boatanchors] how to lube a roller inductor?

Hi Eugene,

I use a VERY small drop, or two, of ordinary castor oil on ALL of the moving
parts of my roller inductors, variable capacitors, etc. here...

It's good for several years, at least, and seems to do the trick for me ---
has done so, too, for some 30 years now...!
