The BURO is the best way to send and receive garden variety QSL cards. You
might also investigate the ARRL Logbook of the world for electronic QSL's.
DX QSLing requires a lot of research and review of the various DX bulletins.
Unfortunately, that does not help you.
So, post the tough ones here and I will try to help you.
