[Boatanchors] OT - Sort Of, A DX Info List?

Hi Duane - the new prefix thing comes up often and I have been DXing for 
46 years.

If it's new and the prefix is not on the list, I look it up on qrz.com 
where 90% of the time it is listed or I use google. Between those two, I 
get the info I need 99% of the time.

4B2S is good on qrz.com

They are in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico which is about 400 miles south of 
Phoenix.

V66 is not in QRZ.com but it is the prefix for Micronesia. I could not 
find anything, anywhere on this callsign
