Mouser for most which carries 1 and 3 kv discs. What is the 4kv used 
for?

The highest voltage cant be much over 700V or so in that rig.

I just spent a frustrating 1/2 hour on the net trying to locate the 
following caps:

6    500uuf @ 1kv disk
6    .005uuf @ 1.6kv disk
4    68uuf @ 4kv disk
50   .002uuf @ 1kv disk
10   .001uuf @ 1.4kv disk

I could find the .002 (.0022) but they wanted .49 each!

Any ideas on where I can locate these caps?

All for a DX-40. . . .
