[Boatanchors] Needed for SP-600

Our local neighborhood Ace Hdw does as well.  They commonly come in sizes 
from at least #6 to #14 (1/4").  You can use standard flat-head screws with 
them but the slightly bulging head rack and panel screws look much better.  
I'm not certain whether Ace carries those or not as I've only ever needed to 
buy the washers.
