[Boatanchors] GE #44 Lamp Needed

John
I second that and third it!

What happened to common courtesy? Just a simple thank-you is all I would
ask, especially for stuff that was given away---took time to find it, clean
it, pack it, ship it. For lack of thanks it may as well stay in the drawer
let my kids put it in dump someday.

Two variants of above that grind my gears are:
"I'm going to buy that from you"---never heard from again despite
reminders---then I'm reluctant to let the second guy have it. If you change
your mind, just tell me so I can move on. If you didn't like the
price---just hit reply and say no or make an offer.

Not so much as a note that an item was received and in good condition and
you are pleased or not

Just plain old fashioned courtesy guys and gals.
