[Boatanchors] Hand held frequency counters?

HERESY ALERT!!!

You might take a look at the  Yaege  FC-1 on Ebay.  You can mail order 
one of these out of Hong Kong for about $50 total.  I bought an FC-2 
about a year ago.  It won't count below 1 MHz (The current offering says 
10 MHz.) However, it's a hell of a bang for the buck, and considerably 
more sensitive than the older lab-grade counters I have.  Be careful, 
you'll forget which pocket it's in.
