[Boatanchors] Not handheld frequency counters

Probably wouldn't all that difficult to build. They sell jumbo type LED
readouts. You can buy a frequency counter chip for under $20, add a
couple of LED driver transistors, add a simple RF sniffer to the front
end, put in a pretty box and hang it on the wall.
