Larry,
If the "I-151" is on a removable plate, it's possible it is a Depot plate.
They often had much less information on them than did the original plate,
including sometimes omission of the model letter. I just looked at a photo
of I-151-A in the manual I have and it has I think a different type of tuning
dial from what you described. However, the tube complement is the same.
