     I looked at several old catalogues to see what I could 
find. Not this specific instrument but 198 is a legit Hickok 
model number where I-151 does not appear to be one. Hickok 
is still in business but seems to make automotive testing 
instruments. It might be worth contacting them although most 
old brands are now owned by people who have no interest in 
their history. Still you don't know if you don't ask.
