[Dx4win] Import Prefix Errors

Hello --

I'm running DX4WIN 7.02.15 and am using the latest .cty file (downloaded 
just before the CQ WW CW).

I get the following import errors:

Error: Prefix = 291   for most US stations
Error: Prefix = 514   for 403B
Error: Prefix = YU   for YU6W
Error: Prefix = 234  for E51YAQ
Error: Previx = UA  for R7C

When I display the log,  US stations have the correct entry in the 
prefix box (W), so what does 291 mean?
The same applies for 403B (Z7), E51YAQ (E5/S),  and R7C (UA).  So, why 
am I getting prefix errors?

On the log page,  YU6W has the prefix of Z7 associated it. I assume it's 
trying to tell me that I should have YU for it, but how did it assign Z7?
