[Dx4win] Import Prefix Errors

The problem is two-fold:

1. There was a mismatch between the country database and the ADIF
import filter. See this recent message from the reflector archives:

     http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/dx4win/2006-November/009088.html

2. It sounds like your logging program exported QSOs with incorrect
country data attached to them. YU6W is Montenegro. R7C is European
Russia. 4-oscar-3B (not 4-zero-3B) is Montenegro. The contest
logging country file might be out-of-date. One of the DX4WIN import
preferences is to accept DX4WIN values. If you choose that, the
import errors should go away.
