Just a thought:
I do not want to accuse anyone of not reading the instructions, but...
make sure the shipping screws that anchor the fan housing to the back panel
are loose and/or removed. The fan is supposed to float. There may be some
rubber strips to pull out as well that cushion the housing against the back
panel, if it is like the earlier models, the 374, 76, 78. That is covered
in the manual, but not everyone reads every line on getting set-up properly.
The note is also printed on the back panel of the 91B where the screws come
out. :<))
