[FedCom] air force base communications and encryption

Hi Chris, I was staying right in the middle of Little Rock,at a training
center for the blind, and I asked one of the locals there about the air
force base, and it isn't any place near Little Rock. It is actually in
Jacksonville which isa ways out.
There was very little clear coms on it, and the little stuff that
was clear was small talk basically. It would be interesting to see who
this system belongs to. Searching for federal stuff in Little Rock is a
lot easier then doing it in Detroit as you are not close to Canada which
Canada allocates those bands for businesses and some public safety for
locals.
