[FedCom] Early Morning "Searching" Results 5/5/07

Hi Ken and the group. What do you suppose the FBI was doing with just an
open carrier with tones in the background? I searched UHF yesterday and
heard some P-25 with a 9600 CC. It was on the frequencies used by the
semi-local Milan Prison that is close to me, but on a band opening Milan's
TRS is still 3600 BAUD. Does anyone know if P-25 will be used on the
406-420 MHz bands? I know that it is used on the new 380 MHz band.
