This is academic and not a threat to RTTY, but.....

Having known these regulations for the past ten or more years, I was surprised
the other night to hear an SSB roundtable at 10120.  After listening, they 
turned
out to be Aussie VK hams and were running 400 watts and more.

Guess I should not have assumed that those "digital only/power 200W" rules
were universal.....
