[GreenKeys] RTTY Art JAVA Viewer Facelift

I've been busy giving the RTTYArt JAVA viewer a much needed
facelift. A few more pictures have been added to the archives 
(now 162).  As you may not know, the graphical display supports 
overstrike mode, something that cannot be replicated with a
standard text editor (like Notepad or KEdit).

I hear rumor that there are many more pictures still being held
hostage on paper tape.  If you can find the time to convert them
