[GreenKeys] RTTY Art JAVA Viewer Facelift

Hi

There are several tons of tape sitting here hostage in the living room. 
Oddly enough the wife seems unimpressed by their sheer volume. There is 
also a cute little tape reader all set and ready to go. What's missing 
it for me to get off of my but and wire stuff up. I probably need to 
come up with something that will convert 5 level to 8 level. I kind of 
doubt that the computer UART's these days will do 100 wpm 5 level very 
well.
