[GreenKeys] Ebay Problem

The buyer sent cash, honest to goodness US currency?

Short of the currency being counterfeit, I am not sure
how this transaction could go wrong.

Checks, postal money orders or cashiers checks, I could 
understand the reluctance, but real cash?

Just curious.
