The German Weather Service (Deutsche Wetterdienst) is one of the last commercial stations remaining transmitting RTTY on hf.

Their time and frequency schedule can be found here:

Also notice "Amateurfunk" (ham radio) in the left menue.
There are some pictures of the equipment and transmitting site.
They were taken during an event back in 2002 celebrating 50 years of German Weather Service.
