[GreenKeys] M33 2^3 keyboard bit stuck

oh...  no.  I should have been more clear that I am actually seeing the
incorrect characters being transmitted (to a computer).  So this is a
keyboard/transmit issue and not a printing issue.  When I send characters
from a computer to the tty, they print correctly.
