Hi Wayne,

yes... I have confirmed that the printer is working OK because I can send
to it from a computer and it prints correctly what I send.  So, it is a
keyboard issue.

I have not taken the top off yet to start looking around.  Was soliciting
ideas for the likely spots within the keyboard to look I suppose.  I'm
not totally "up" on how the keyboard encoding mechanism works just yet.
