You can tell how professional a person is by how quickly they admit to
a mistake. --- DRH

Rice has reminded me that Heavy Metal will work on a computer running
LINUX. That being said, since LINUX is an off-shoot of UNIX and the
Mac OS is also an off-shoot of UNIX it is theoretically possible to
make Heavy Metal run on a Mac, however I know of no one that has done
this.

Regarding sprocket feed paper. There is an internet web source for
this paper. It is, however, green bar paper. I have written to the
company to see if they can supply it without the green or blue bars.
A primitive solution is to load the paper backwards so that the green
or blue bars are on the back of the sheets of paper.

This supplier shows only the green bar on their site, so we will see
what they have to say. The company calls this paper "OKIDATA PAPER."

It comes in three types 15 pound (3500 sheets), 18 pound (3000
sheets), and 20 pound (2500 sheets).
I recommend the 18 pound as the 20 pound is not necessary and the 15
pound may tear too easily.
However, the 20 pound when reversed might hide the green bars better
than the other two.

I will let you know what the company says about plain white or buff
paper.
