It has been decided that the best approach to the disposal of the
vast piles of the W7TTY electronic and mechanical parts and
equipment collection is to have a sort of "Fire-Sale" where most
everything goes.

There is just too much to list on an immediate basis, but I will be
posting almost daily lists of things hopefully of interest to the
teletype and amateur radio community.

Should anyone have a specific piece of equipment or part in mind,
please don't hesitate to call. I will be keeping a few of the real
spiffy things, such as a three-speed electric shift 28 KSR and 28
TD's with three-speed gearshifts in them, but for the most part all
will go. ST6s, Dovetrons, Electrocoms, ST-6000, and a Frederick
1273. There is a Dovetron ASCII-To-Baudot converter and Sa DATA-TEK
9600 Test Generator and Distortion Measurement set.

Another example is that there are about 27 model 28 typing units on
hand. They will be graded on parts value - some have some very
highly loaded function (stunt) boxes, so they might be a bit more
that the Plain Janes'.

Prices will be what I hope is fair to super, and will entertain all
hagglers and bargain hunters.

Interested parties are encouraged to give me a call most any time

House is 360-683-3235, and cell is 360-775-1128

Shipping and distribution will be borne by the buyer pretty much at
actual cost for materials and the transportation. All
packing/crating will be done with the thought in mind that no one
will have to worry about problems due to inadequate or improper
crating or packaging. Should there be a necessity for another Junque
Run South or to the East, we can do it.

I'm doing this now so when it's my turn to shovel coal my wife will
have little to worry about, and I can pay attention to keeping
temperatures and steam pressure proper for massive underground
engines of agony. She might even get to put her car in the garage.

ITTY will be moving to Arvada, Colorado. Paul Heller, KD0DFO, is a
relatively young software engineer and teletype enthusiast who will
do his best to keep things online for years to come. We will do our
best to assure an almost seamless transfer such that the Tom Tillson
TTY picture Show and the ITTY news service will suffer minimal if
any disruption.

The first list of available equipment will be posted around nine AM
Thursday morning.

Y'all have a nice Labor Day Weekend,

George - W7TTY - ITTY/Junque Central
