      Well, sometimes OT is interesting.  I was at the park not long ago 
where there were a bunch of radio controlled model airplanes. Some are 
fairly large.  I don't know how high they get, I don't think any of 
these were over perhaps a couple of hundred feet. Also, not long ago I 
was in Long Beach with a friend just looking around.  I saw a wedding 
being photographed by means of a radio controlled model helicopter.  Do 
any of these qualify as drones? Does a drone have to be a full-sized 
aircraft?   You could do a lot of damage with with a model airplane.
