[GreenKeys] USB-teletype adapter with ASR33 question

I don't know much about how asr33's are wired - I assume they're
normally used full duplex, and from what Julien has seen, it appears to
have at least one built-in loop supply - does it have a second for the
other direction, or does it expect "the other guy" to provide that? If
so, I imagine he could just add a small DC power supply and resistor to
accomplish that?
