Hi all!
Lots of great chatter on this topic!
I wonder if the "GE" logo and matching front plate
may have influenced the GE collectible guys...
I am not sure what original mode, or what it had been
connected to externally...
Probably, it was equipped with a UCC5 set up full dux
4-wire, or it may have been the simpler private line
controller...
I worked on quite a bit of the GE "Terminet" terminals,
but never ran across a 32 used by them, only 33's...
It would be really interesting to find out what the final
selling price was...
When I bought the Western Union M32ASR Telex version,
last year on Epay for USD$89.00, I was happy with the price...
A good 33' however is a different story, price dependant
on condition and the model type, for example,
TWX vs full 4-wire call control unit as found in computer
I/0 applications...
I don't. think anyone on GK's bought this unit...
Cheers!
Ken
