[GreenKeys] i-Telex terminal temp out of service...

Hi all!

If any i-Telex users in the U.S. or Europe try to reach me
on i-Telex 61663, they will get an "OCC" (Busy) or an
"NC" (No connect) message after a brief connect and
shut down...

Problem appears to be in the "Long" board (Signal),
in the call control unit...

Even though the "RP" is being sent from the TW-39 board,
the proceed to dial is not being recognized by the 32 dialer,
and can't. dial out...

Back in the day, this was a very common problem, only
then, I had the luxury of many spare boards & complete
UCC's on-hand...

 Oh well, just another repair job on the pile!

I'll be getting to it shortly though!
