Small business have three primary versions of 3-phase power.
1. Delta supplied (3 wire) 240 vac with one leg grounded.
     There is NO 120 vac on this system.
2. Delta supplied (3-wire) 240 vac with one of the delta connections 
center tapped.
     The center tap is grounded, and 120/240 vac (single phase) is 
available on one
     pair of the phases.
3. Wye supplied (4 wire) 120/208 vac.
     the 4th wire (the common) is neutral and connected to ground.

Larger businesses have a "mini" substation to supply power to the buildings.
