[GreenKeys] Model 19 on govdeals (was "Model 38")

Ralph,

If you click on any picture, there are arrows on the top to browse 
through the rest of the pictures.
The last picture is a good one of the tape. It looks like two holes to 
the left of the feed holes and three to the right.

Also, look at the third picture at the top of the page: the keyboard. It 
looks like a standard keyboard, but you can see that there are slots for 
more keys.  Compare that with the picture (Figure 2) in the 
Teletypesetter manual of its keyboard. there are a lot of extra keys on 
each side of the standard keys.
