[GreenKeys] Model 28. When a key is pressed, it prints multiple times

Hi 

I had submitted this question a few months ago but never did resolve the issue. 

Description:  when a key is pressed, the teletype will sometimes print the selected letter out twice or even three times. 
This doesn’t happen all the time, maybe every 10 th letter or so 

I have observed the clutch while typing, when the unit double prints, the clutch spins more than once. 
When the unit prints the desired single letter, the clutch spins once are expected. 
The keys always return to their neutral position. 

Any ideas why this is happening? 
Is there an adjustment that needs to be done?
