PSK31 is on ONE frequency. 14.070, roughly 3 KHz bandwidth
from 14.070 to 14.073 MHz. RTTY has been ABOVE that from
14.080 to 14.100 MHz. That's right, 20 KHz bandwidth.
But no, these assholes are all over the 14.070 MHz window.

Same situation on 40 meters.

Just like the DX cluster assholes that parked on the ISS down-
link on 2 meters.
