I listen every night, not necessarily on the radio, for at least 15 minutes and am making little to no progress at improving my speed or being able to copy call signs. I don’t know what my speed is now, maybe 15WPM or so. I hope it clicks some day soon and I can really copy well.    I hear some words, like the, they, this, how, home, his etc. but mostly it’s still just hearing letters, trying to figure them out, and getting lost in the middle of a word because I get stuck on a letter.

My brain must be wired wrong because I’ve been at this impasse for a long time. I persevere hoping for a better future. Einstein said "Insanity Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results”. I’m certifiable insane according to this definition.
