Update - I have sent him Mike Zahorik's 7/17/16 post about a source for new
42/43 ribbons. He will check there after the holiday. I also suggested
WD-40 as an ink rejuvenator and he said that worked but that his ribbon was
still a little too long. I am sending him a couple of old cartridges that
*might* be useful if the ribbon hasn't stretched.
