[GreenKeys] FSK Audio files for Test and Evaluation

Since this mentions Battleship NJ, I guess I have to uhh, go try them out
on the Battleship!  Will they be URA-17 compatible? We shall see! ;-)

One thing I'd like to see (and it would save me some time and effort) would
be some "examples" of Navy memos, with the appropriate header/footers, or
perhaps printouts of notable memos but things that are shorter like 1-2
pages. I think I remember seeing a printout of the bulletin sent at the end
of WWII at the WWII museum in New Orleans; it was very obviously Teletype.
That one was a few pages I think, but you get the gist.

I was going to ask Ryan (BBNJ curator) if he had any real ship bulletins I
could store and print.
