[Lowfer] E probes .v. loops

Anybody got any history of comparing, say, a 2m diameter loop compared with 
a high up  hiZ low noise E probe (respected commercial model...)  for normal 
residential or hotel balcony environments on say 137/185Khz? and yep I know 
Hotels are noisey....

It looks like Im off again this time to XE land on the 29th Sept for 10 days 
and am wondering whether to pack the 2m sided 16T loop (in a Bazuka fishing 
tube) or whether Ill get a  similar performance in a "well located" e 
probe,which is luggage friendly and means I dont get charged excess baggage 
per my recent TI3 exped.

Im expecting answers like "it depends"....dont dissapoint me.
