(for the most part) the outer dimensions of the hotel as described>?

<Laurence is wondering how the location of my honeymoon hotel has been 
deduced (Full 360 deg sea views on an isolated island, 1000ft tall, dry 
wooden construction and only in room dc filtered power, all 
interneconnections by fiber, ideal for ham radio, with full roof top access, 
games boys, flouritubes, inverters, tx etc all banned,the roof being the 
only area covered by a fully bonded say copper screen? Hot and cold running 
deionozed water....
