Comeon guys! Are yea experts afraid to commit to an answer or two?  I'm not 
even sure of the correct answers, myself. OK, assume both hotels are covered 
by a solid copper shell with a small opening to allow reaching the balconys. 
This should make little difference since the electrical wiring pretty much 
defines the electrical character of the buildings at 137kHz.
