[Lowfer] HiFER UWL update

I can't ID UWL on this jpg.

I note in this screen shot that the chars are ill defined requiring a
good deal of speculation as to the ID. Also note that Argo Sensitivity
is almost zero on the scale, producing the blacked-out screen and
sketchy chars.

Suggest moving the gain up to half-scale for more character definition.
Then, also, the background level will become prominent; maybe this was
the goal -- surpressing that.

Here is the screenshot for the 8wpm cw, I couldn't get a wav file made
yet.
I'll try again. It seems like you're sending more than UWL . I hear
your DE
KD7UWL in there I think.
