[Lowfer] HiFER UWL update

UWL is fairly easy to make out near the center of the screen, at least I'm
sure it would be for Eric. The actual ID was not made from the screen but by
ear with 20 Hz bandwidth.
It was not easy to get it to look legible on screen which is why it is
adjusted so strangely.
Here is a shot with more "meat" to it.
