Have you guys checked out Ralph Hartwell's xtal oven for his 400 W part5 
xmitter?  He's doing as you say, with like a 100 watt device!  Nice little 
oven he built himself...personally, when I first saw it, I thought it was 
a little overkill -- but then, I don't have the experience or background 
to say that.

So if you are listening, Ralph, I think you did a nice job on that.
