Hmmmm...I hope my wandering HiFER has been within that.  I'll look at some 
of the plots I've been sent.

Can any of you who've received my HiFER confirm that?

Now I feel bad.

If I'm outside of that spec, I need to work harder/faster to fix it.

I'm actually getting a piece-of-junk radio today that I should be able to 
at least copy my beacon at QRSS3 with, and maybe I can find out myself.  
But if anyone can tell me if they've observed my outside of John's spec, 
I'd like to know.
