[Lowfer] Hifers freq

Recent messages on frequency of YEN etc..This afternoon(~1900z)I copied
YEN -13557.823   UWL-13555.443.17    GA-13555.449.90
and RY-DFCW centered 13555.426.4..
Later tonite(0100z) UWL showed at 13555.460.60

I think the Racal RA6790 here is fairly stable and most of the hifer seem to
drift a bit..YEN for instance I gave copied from 13557.820 to
13557.830..Most seem to be fairly close to posted frequency--I think..Just
some info for comparison
