It'll certainly work, but I'd allow at least a 2-to-1 safety margin on the
wattage rating for longer life.   If the box will be reasonably tightly
closed, the bulb gives 100% conversion to heat too, though, as Ed noted.

But if I'm not being too nosey--why bother putting the transmitter outside
anyway?  Transmission line length is not an issue under the 13.56 MHz rules.
You could greatly enhance frequency stability by keeping the transmitter
indoors.  Did I miss something about that earlier in the discussion?
