We also have a bomb shelter with power, this may be something to consider,
but it needs a new roof and entrance.  I would like to keep the antenna away
from buildings, the shelter is within 50' of three buildings, two of which
can easily be removed in the future.  The only reasonable tunneling area is
under the new driveway and 100 trees I just put in!
