This is shocking, recognition for unlicenced "pirate" scoff laws. Since
the "word" is that many are on the west coast or there abouts and given
the current tenor things politics in CA, I call for immediate post facto
gratis licensing at the govts. expense. Plus a state holiday for schools
with paid day off for the teachers. And I wanted to be the first to use
the newly coined tag (thanks Bill).

As a topic for LWCA, this may have merit: 1) broaden interest among
beacon listeners, 2) gather some of the pirate-mindeds into the LWCA
mainline avocation on 186 or 13.5 (CB issue redux?), 3) as a fallback
plan, rat out the commie-plotting terra-ists under the Wolfowitz-Perle
Patriot-II Act.
