[Milsurplus] Anyone ID this antenna Coupling Unit please

[Todd, KA1KAQ]

The dials behind the little round windows and tag placement remind me
of a pre-war Collins tuner, the nomenclature of which escapes me at
the moment. Looks like someone repainted it, filling in the engraving
over the tuning knobs in the process. Doesn't appear to be homebrew
based on these items alone.

I'll take a look through what I've accumulated and see if I can find more info.
