Hi John,

Won't they be thrilled when I lay my Braille copy of those regulations on 
the counter and tell them to read page five, paragraph two, line seven! If I 
had a Guide Dog, which I never have had, I do believe I would tell Rover to 
punctuate that particular line by depositing a yellow exclaimation mark on 
the floor!
